The present century is the century of the “Millennium Generation” – A generation that sees the world that is ever-changing. A world that is evolving with new ideas.

In our materialistic world there is a shift of emphasis from holistic education to education that brings quick economic gains.  This is indeed a dangerous trend. The founders of school who beleives in progressive education all insisted that the highest function of education is to bring about an “integrated individual who is capable of dealing with life as a whole”. While academic excellence is of prime importance, education should also cultivate the moral, emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual dimensions of a growing child. Thus, it is our endeavour to keep alive the “flame of intelligence” and bring out the unique gift contained within each child’s spirit.

The school has been growing in strength and achievements in all dimensions of educational endeavour- from academics to sports, music, dance to art and computers. Through a plethora of activities our efforts to develop and nurture the spirit of youth in each child is very satisfying.

The involvement of teachers and the co-operation of the parents have helped us to strive towards overall excellence.
